✦ ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All button, tote bag, and accessory purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong design, or no longer wanting the item.

✦ DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A photo of the packaging, if applicable

  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed to be our mistake or the item was damaged before it reached you, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

✦ LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and tracking shows it as delivered, Stef’s Buttons is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong location by the carrier.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you work with the shipping carrier.

✦ WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
